A friend of mine suggested this site to me. It is a site where you give reviews and show off your "influence" in social networks and in review ability. Doing this gets you chances to be offered free products and services. I recently got an email shortly after joining and doing a few reviews and might be offered coupons for free ice cream at Target to try out and write about. Hey free is free, but you have to work for it ;) Here's the site for anyone interested in giving it a try. I will post reviews later on for anything I get!
